By accessing or using the RideBha application or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may discontinue use of the platform. These Terms apply to all users, including Customers, Riders (Driver Partners), and future service partners.

About RideBha

RideBha (“we”, “our”, “the Company”) operates a technology platform connecting users with verified two-wheeler Riders for city rides, deliveries, and related mobility services in the Northeast region of India.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old with guardian permission to use RideBha. By using the platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and lawful.

Services Offered

RideBha enables users to:

• Book two-wheeler rides (bike taxi / e-bike)
• Request parcel delivery within supported zones
• Connect with verified Rider Partners

Additional services such as franchise partnerships or parcel receiver features may be added in the future.

Account Creation & Responsibilities

Users must create an account using their phone number and agree to receive OTP-based verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring that your account is not misused.

Ride & Booking Terms

By confirming a ride, you agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and drop details
• Be available at the pickup point on time
• Respect the Rider and follow safety guidelines

RideBha reserves the right to cancel bookings for misuse, safety risks, or any suspicious activity.

Payments & Pricing

RideBha provides transparent, upfront fare estimates. Payments may be made through:

• Cash
• UPI for Riders (collected directly by Rider Partners)

RideBha does not store card details or sensitive payment information.

Rider (Driver Partner) Terms

Riders must comply with all applicable laws, possess valid driving documents (DL & Aadhaar), and ensure their vehicle is in safe condition. Riders are independent service providers and not employees of RideBha.

Safety & Conduct

Your safety is important to us. RideBha provides features like live GPS tracking and verified Riders. Users must follow safe riding practices and avoid carrying prohibited or dangerous items.

Parcel Delivery Terms

Users are responsible for ensuring that all parcels comply with legal and safety restrictions. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, expensive jewellery, and hazardous materials.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel a booking before a Rider reaches the pickup location. In cases of repeated cancellations or misuse, RideBha may restrict account access temporarily or permanently.

Data & Privacy

Your privacy is protected under our Privacy Policy. RideBha collects necessary information such as name, phone number, location data (for live rides), and ride history. Information is stored on secure cloud servers located in India.

Third-Party Services

RideBha may use external services such as AWS, Firebase (for notifications), mapping APIs, and analytics tools in the future. Some data may be shared with Riders for completing services (e.g., pickup location).

Liability Disclaimer

RideBha is a technology platform and does not operate vehicles. All rides and deliveries are fulfilled by independent Rider Partners. RideBha is not liable for delays, accidents, personal loss, or issues caused by Riders or users except where legally required.

Service Limitations

Availability may vary based on weather, Rider availability, network issues, or operational limitations. RideBha may update or suspend features temporarily for maintenance or safety reasons.

Termination of Access

RideBha reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to any user or Rider account for violations of Terms, misuse, fraud, or unsafe behaviour.

Government Compliance

RideBha may share information with law enforcement agencies only when legally required or mandated by regulatory authority.

Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
